I'm Murielle Marie, a career and business coach for creative, multi-passionate people. These are my free coaching guides and self-coaching workbooks, built for anyone juggling more than one project, more than one passion, or more than one idea of what their career should look like. Maybe you call that being a multipotentialite or a creative generalist. Maybe you've just never been able to settle on one thing and don't love either label. Either way, what's below is built for you.
MBO Partners' 2025 State of Independence report counted 72.9 million independent workers in the US, 63% of them by choice, not something they fell into. Freelancermap's 2025 study found a similar pattern in Europe. Independence was the single biggest reason freelancers gave for going out on their own (64%), ahead of flexible hours and income. If you're building a career inside a company instead, the picture favors you too, on both sides of the Atlantic. LinkedIn's 2026 Skills on the Rise report, which covers the US and major European markets, found cross-functional collaboration, adaptability, and leadership among the fastest-growing skills employers want right now, and 93% of talent leaders say human skills like these matter more now that AI handles the technical work. Companies are narrowing their job titles, but the people who move up fastest inside them have the broadest skill range. Whether you're independent or building this inside a company, US-based or EU-based, the standard advice to pick one goal and ignore everything else usually backfires.
Below are ten free guides and workbooks covering the real obstacles that keep multi-passionate, creative people stuck: fear, perfectionism, self-love, career direction, and daily planning that doesn't assume you only have one job to plan around. Grab whichever one matches what's getting in your way right now, or start at the top and work through them in order.
Free Guides & Workbooks to Help You Get You Unstuck
A 32-page workbook for mapping your interests, skills, and energy into one of five real portfolio career models, instead of squeezing them into one job title. The place to start if you want actual structure for combining your passions, not just permission to have them. And a real plan for the life you're already trying to build, where every one of your interests finally gets to count.
A guide to naming exactly where you're stuck in your career and what to actually do about it. The starting point if you're not sure which guide to pick. And proof that "stuck" is a feeling, not a fact: the clarity is closer than you think.
Ten of the most common fears that quietly run the show in a creative career, named plainly so you can stop fighting them in the dark. And the first step to deciding from clarity instead of fear, now that they're finally out in the open.
A sought-after workbook for building self-love as a daily practice, not a one-time epiphany. Start here if you're tired of being your own harshest critic. And the start of a relationship with yourself that's actually kind.
For the perfectionism that specifically shows up in creative work, the unfinished projects, the ideas that never feel ready to share. Built to help you finish and ship anyway. And permission to let your work be real, unfinished-feeling, and still worth putting out into the world.
This guide is about the pattern of believing happiness is always one goal away, whether that's the next job, the next milestone, or the next move. It helps you catch that pattern before it costs you the present you're already standing in. And an invitation to actually enjoy the life you're building, not just the one you're chasing.
A short ebook to help you name the five values that actually drive your decisions, not the ones you think you're supposed to have. Useful before any big career or life decision, not just once. And a great compass to live a life aligned with your dreams and passions.
A daily planner built specifically for people juggling multiple projects, not one job with one to-do list. Plan your days in a way that actually fits how you work. And proof that freedom isn't the absence of structure, it's structure that's actually yours.
A simple tracker for noticing your actual work patterns instead of guessing at them. Built for people juggling more than one project at a time. And a simple way to finally work with how your mind actually moves, instead of constantly fighting it.
A manifesto for people who dream bigger than feels practical and have been told to tone it down. It's permission to want what you actually want, out loud. And the reminder that wanting more isn't greed, it's just how dreamers are built.

Common Questions About These Free Coaching Guides
Is there a cost to any of these guides?
No. Every guide and workbook on this page is free to download. Some ask for your email so I can send it to you, but there's no obligation to buy anything afterward.
Do I need to be a coaching client to use these?
No. These are open to anyone, whether you've worked with me before or never spoken to me directly. If one of them leads you to want more support, that's what coaching is there for, but it's not required.
Which guide should I start with?
If you're not sure, start with Get Unstuck in Your Career. It's built to help you name where you're actually stuck before you try to fix anything, which makes the other guides more useful once you get there.
Can I use more than one at a time?
Yes. Aside from the one above, they're not a sequence you have to follow in order. Pick whichever one matches what's loudest for you right now.
